                              includes Gen Nakai (mother; nee Gen Koyama), Seihei Nakai (father), and Fujino Nakai
                              (wife; in Japan). His home address is listed as 666 Keefer Street, Vancouver, BC and
                              406 Alexander Street, Vancouver, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Slocan, BC and he
