Scope and content

A one-page letter, dated December 27th, 1944, from the Japanese Residents of Rosebery to The Department of Foreign Affairs (Japan). The letter thanks Japan for establishing a relief fund for Japanese living abroad, and states that they are deeply moved and thankful for this Imperial favour.

Name of creator

Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
