The file also contains a notebook; the first part including greetings and notes on greeting cards from Christmas, Easter, and so forth, and the second part lists notes from papers, the Reader's Digest, names of the presidents of the USA, and so on.

The digital copies of the records were acquired by the Landscapes of Injustice Research Collective between 2014 and 2018.
