Each file contains the following documents: an indenture between the <orgName ref="orgography.xml#doss1">Secretary of State of Canada</orgName> and the Director of the <orgName ref="orgography.xml#ssvl1">Veterans' Land Act</orgName>; a notarized certification of <persName ref="personography_c.xml#cole14">Ephraim Herbert Coleman</persName>, Deputy of the Secretary of State of Canada; an order of the <orgName ref="orgography.xml#doss1">Department of the Secretary of State of Canada</orgName> regarding certificates of title registered in the <orgName ref="orgography.xml#nwlr1">New Westminster Land Registry Office</orgName>; and a list of Japanese Canadian individuals with corresponding descriptions and valuations of their lands.</p>
