Feb. February 26, 1947 Department of the Secretary of State, Office of the Custodian, Dear Sir:

I am obliged to return to you a cheque enclosed herewith which you sent me the other day.

I am sorry to say that your disposition upon my belonging is very unfair, you did not send any detail of statement, and the net proceeds from sale of my chattels is absolutely unsatisfactionunsatisfactory, that am unable to accept this cheque.

Yours truly, M Sano Cheque was sent to Chiyoko (Mrs. Matasaburo) SANO, Reg.No.07793, File 7853. The letter appears to be from her husband. The chattels were reported by both.
