Ellen Katharine Schetky as Executrix has requested Floy Isabel Morris to convey the property to The Synod, and is here quitting claim to any interest in the land.

Transfer also contains extracts from the minutes of the Annual General Meetings of the Provincial Board of Missions to Orientals in British Columbia between 1928 and 1930, concerning the activities and properties of the board.
